Warrantee Service

All homes purchased at SunRiver St. George are given a free 1-year limited warrantee against workmanship defects. Your authorized representative will share with you the many benefits of this program and provide you with a homeowners manual with specific details.

As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period, our Customer Service office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are always here to answer your questions, provide information, and fulfill your service requests. Service requests can be submitted via our on-line service request form. Please review your homeowners manual to determine if you have a valid warranty claim before submitting the form.
