Spring Charity Classic

The SunRiver Ladies’ Golf Association of St. George will host a Spring Charity Classic on Saturday, March 24, 2012.  The event is a Four Women Scramble Tournament and all proceeds will benefit the Doctors’ Volunteer Clinic.  Last year over 200 private and business donors, as well as tournament participants and volunteers contributed time and money to the Charity Classic. The event was able to raise almost $22,000 for the Clinic.

The Doctors’ Volunteer Clinic has served Southern Utah for over ten years and is a non-profit, community-based health care clinic that operates solely on private donations and grants.  It serves as the “healthcare lifeline” for approximately 1,000 patients a month, providing quality medical, dental and mental health care with respect, commitment and compassion to the uninsured children and adults in our community.
