	Boyd Luke Boyd Luke, Realtor, was born in St.George, Utah where he lives with his wife Bonnie. They are the parents of three sons, Tyler, Trevor, and Trenton. Boyd joined the SunRiver Sales team spring of 2006 after 25 years in retail management. He most currently built and managed the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle dealership here in Southern Utah. He compares buying a home in SunRiver to buying a Harley Motorcycle; you get a lifestyle with your purchase. Boyd gets a lot of pleasure out of helping new SunRiver residents obtain their dream home and lifestyle. He and his family have had the opportunity over the years to live in other wonderful parts of the country. He maintains that St.George is the best place to live.
	Carol Boisvert Carol Boisvert was born and raised in Minnesota. She spent most of her adult life in South California working in the sales and customer service area. She moved to St. George in 1993 and has been in real estate since 2002 and with SunRiver St. George since the first part of 2004. She has many talents, including President of the Republican Women's Party of St. George. Her varied talents are very beneficial in serving her customers.
	Drew Pearce Drew Pearce started his real estate career in Salt Lake City in 1971. Since then he has been involved in various and diversified fields of real estate. He has spent the last 7 years with SunRiver St. George, and has found SunRiver to be the best brokerage builder he has had the opportunity to work with.
	Margie Hare Margie Hare, our Broker, was born and raised right here in Southern Utah. She enjoys traveling all over the world, but loves coming home to one of the best places to live. She worked as a customer service representative before joining the sales team at SunRiver St. George. She has graduated from Dixie State College, but has returned to work on a Business Marketing degree. As a native of the area, she can tell you about some of the best local trails to explore, best spots to fish and some tasty restaurants to try. She really enjoys working with people and is excited to help our customers find a new home.
	Jim Caster Jim Caster, Realtor, was born in Southern California and spent thirty-one years in law enforcement. As a Unit Commander he formed the first elder abuse investigative unit for the San Diego Police Department, supervising detectives investigating financial and physical crimes against the elderly. Jim also helped manage construction projects including a $35 million headquarters building, and several area stations. In 2005 Jim and his wife JoAnn moved to Sun River, offering the unique perspective of knowing the community both as a real estate professional and resident. He has spent his professional life serving the public and carries high ethical standards and service into his real estate transactions. Jim will help you build the perfect home in the community that also offers a fabulous lifestyle.
