Chef Hogs Oyster Bar & Grill - This is the place to go if you’re looking for some of the best, most decadent fish that St.George has to offer. From its namesake oysters to steamers, salmon, halibut, clams and mussels, and shrimp and scallops, oh my (and so much more!).

But hey, it’s not all fish all the time in Sunriver Golf Course’s restaurant! Though the fish IS to die for, don’t get us wrong. If you’ve got a hankering for a ribeye, Filet Mignon, or even a delish breakfast and signature omelets while you’re in town, Chef Hog’s is the place for you.

Sunriver Pro Tip: Ask for a window seat facing the course. It’s a beautiful view any way you slice it, but especially during a classic Southern Utah sunset.

Cliffside Restaurant – Ready for another meal with a view? Cliffside Restaurant will have you swooning.

Sunriver Pro Tip: Make reservations for dusk, somewhere around 5-6 PM, and request a balcony table if the weather is nice. Although, this is St. George. When isn’t the weather nice?

The sun setting on the desert bowl town is a magical experience, and the only restaurant view of it’s kind you will find in Southern Utah. Another pro tip: get a side of fries for the table. They’re pretty much a necessity.

The high vaulted ceilings and wooden pillars will have you set in the most comfortable mood. The smells from the open-faced kitchen will have your stomach grumbling from the moment you walk through those front doors!

Dinosaur Discovery Site- Ever seen a dinosaur? Well who has right? But we’ve got the next best thing for you! You can feast your eyes on the local dinosaur footprints found right here in St.George at our Dinosaur Discovery Site museum.

Utah Paleontologist, Jim Kirkland said it best, “The St. George track site is not only the oldest Jurassic dinosaur site in Utah, it is the best basal Jurassic track site in western North America!”

St. George Children’s Museum – Now this is a site. Whether you’re five or 50, you’ll surely get a kick out of the world created for children. Each museum room in this historic building boasts different local businesses, each with their very own activities for the children to participate in– and it’s just their size! Who doesn’t love pretending to be in a submarine, or playing scientist for the day?

There’s plenty to do and see and explore! You won’t be bored at this kid-sized attraction!

Thunder Junction and Splash Pad – Had a full, fun day of St.George site seeing and need to cool down? Thunder Junction Park is a great place for everyone! It’s an All Abilities Park, meaning that there is wheelchair accessibility. Instead of wood chips to soften falls, there are soft rubber matts in place.

There’s a waterfall and a train that goes around the whole park that both kids and parents can ride. What’s not to love!

Beat the heat and spend the day at the splash pad and the lazy river, just off Main Street and Tabernacle!
