Community Movies at The Electric Theater

The organization Looking Upward Utah is hosting free movie screenings at The Electric Theater all year long. Held roughly every other month in 2018, the Community Movies event was created as a means of encouraging people within our community to look outward during times of need by featuring positive and affirming film selections that are sure to inspire moviegoers to be their best selves. Each movie screening will also be sponsored by a community partner organization that is actively doing good throughout St. George. Being introduced to these community partners will give audience members an opportunity to utilize the resource or assistance they may otherwise not have known about, or to volunteer with them and feel good about making a difference in their community!

For the month of July, Looking Upward Utah will be screening Courageous, a fatherhood-themed movie about a group of police officers on Saturday, July 21 at 6 p.m. The movie will feature a presentation by Red Rock Center for Independence. So come enjoy a good movie and learn about how Red Rock Center for Independence is impacting members of our community living with disabilities for the better!
